Grilled ribeye steak with thyme

INGREDIENTS
For 2 Persons:
- 400g rib size XXL or 2 ribs of 220g
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 knob of butter
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Remove the meat from the refrigerator at least one hour before cooking.
Select a pan of the size of the steaks, but not larger. Melt a mixture of butter and oil to have a very hot pan before adding the meat. Place the meat on the hot pan and move it so it does not stick.
Put the thyme or herbs on the meat while cooking the first side.
Depending on the thickness of the meat and the type of cooking you like (blue, rare, well cooked) cook for 2 to 10 minutes per side. Typically, 5 minutes are sufficient.
